Sponsors should be:
An Australian citizen, permanent resident in Australia or eligible New Zealand citizen.
At least 18 years of age
Have already met their fiancé/fiancée in person and have personally known each other
Have the freedom to marry anytime
For the Thai fiancé/fiancée to be able to apply for Australian Fiancé/Fiancée Visa, they need to be:
